Location

The Brazilian Kadampa Buddhist Festival – 2009 will happen at the Temple Kadampa Meditation Center in the City of Cabreuva, State of Sao Paulo. The construction of the Temple is being concluded, and is part of the International Temples Project, that is fully dedicated to World Peace and came from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, vision and intention.

The Brazilian Kadampa Temple will be the biggest Temple of the New Kadampa Tradition, and will be Opened by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in October in 2010 during the New Kadampa Tradition - International Festival.

Center is located in the district of Jacaré in the City of Cabreuva – São Paulo, the Temple is surrounded by a beautiful landscape near the Japi Mountain and very close to the cities of Sao Paulo, Campinas and Sorocaba.
